Thanks everyone, we really love the car and cant wait to get it back on the road again. Yes, we found a few minor issues that need attention before she hits the road. Im hopping to take care of the major ones this weekend.

look @ that leg room in the rear seat!..

Yes, it does have quite a bit of leg room in the rear, but at a cost. The front seats are pushed up fairly tight limiting leg room in the front. It's not a big deal for me because I'm short, it fits me and the wife perfectly, but any over 5'6" will probably have problems.

Who makes that body?

Its an MGM/FRP body, in salmon (the color) I think.

One thing you might want to rethink is the steering wheel quick disconnect

Im not too worried about the quick disconnect, Ive been using them for years in our sandrails and have never had a problem.

NICE BUGGY !!! Looking forward to seeing it at the July Buggy Breakfast, Sat July 28th

Im going to give it my best to make it, but unfortunately the buggys not quite as perfect as Id first thought. The engines got to come out to replace the broken urethane trans mounts, the pushrod tubes need replacing because theyre smashed and leaking (this I knew before hand), and the gas tank is mounted backwards allowing me to only use half a tank of fuel. This I found out the hard way as we were on our way to breakfast last Sunday, we were stuck on the freeway and had to call our daughter to bring us some fuel. Oh yeah, fueling the old girl was an adventure too. It seems the fill hose is routed with such a tight angle and poor venting that fuel backs up and spills out everywhere.

All I know is its about a year or two old, it seems to be build fairly well, the motor is a 1915 with dual Webers, but Im not clear on what size. The PO says in the ad theyre 44s, but in a post from last year he says theyre 40s so who knows?? Heres the ad he posted, it goes into a lot more detail than I could right now.
