1FAKMANX -> Here is the thread you want to read about my mobile bender solution.

And, yes, Kev's 2" diameter x 0.120" wall thickness and Doran's 1.5" diameter x 0.120" wall thickness was a real workout for the pullers and the mobile bender bracket. So, far I've only pulled 1.5" diameter x 0.095 wall thickness (for my truck rack) and it was pretty stable with only me on the handle. The mobile bender bracket did flex quite a bit with 3 pullers on the handle. That tubing was pretty darn thick stuff, but it should provide some good protection on those Towd's and, hey, I wasn't one of the pullers, so I'm not sore today. Everything looked like it turned out just right. However, the TRUTH will be in the final fabrication and welding.

And, I'm going to be looking into an air / hydraulic solution right away. Then there won't be any pulling forces applied to the mobile bender bracket.

Thanks to Lee and Rob for showing me the way Rob does his bend calculations with those sample bent tubes (at a past OldTowd's, Buggy Buddy Day at Mel's - Thanks Jay). That is a very good way to do it.

And, I'd say we all (including me) learned a lot on Saturday.

A BIG THANKS to Jennifer. I did have to confess that I started this "party" thing (and she didn't yell at me), but, you know, Jennifer did a fantastic job on everything, from the "hosting", to the bar-b-que-ing, to the clean up. Doran, you've got one heck of a partner there!
